1. Services
The Moroccan Tours offers a range of travel services including guided tours, custom itineraries, and travel planning in Morocco. All tours and services are subject to availability and may carry additional terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
a. Reservations: To book a tour or service, you must provide accurate information and follow the booking process outlined on our website.
b. Deposit: A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your tour. Details of the deposit amount and payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation.
c. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the first day of your journey. Please ensure you have the full amount available at that time.
d. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 20 days before the tour start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 20 days of the tour start date or in case of a no-show will receive no refund.
- If The Moroccan Tours cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, government regulations, or events beyond our control), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Changes and Amendments
The Moroccan Tours reserves the right to make changes to itineraries, schedules, and prices when necessary. We will notify you of any significant changes before your departure. If changes occur after booking, you may be offered an alternative option or a refund, subject to availability and our policies.
4. Responsibilities
a. Traveler Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary travel documents, including passports and visas. You must comply with all local laws and regulations during your trip.
b. Agency Responsibilities: We strive to deliver high-quality services and ensure your safety and satisfaction. However, we are not liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or travel disruptions.
5. Liability
The Moroccan Tours is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
6. Privacy Policy

7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Marrakech.
